Lynene Allen and Danse Oriental, is a Dance Studio located on Vancouver Island in beautiful Cowichan Bay, which specializes in Middle Eastern Dance - sometimes called Belly Dance. It is also home to the Dance Troupe “Mirage”.

Learn the “Art” of Bellydance and the Rhythms of the Nile.  Focus is on technique and correct body alignment which is important to ensure safety and prevention of injuries.

An ancient dance form that will give strength and flexibility without stress to your back and joints. Creative expression, improved muscle tone, body awareness and increased confidence are all benefits of the dance.
